The proceedings are published under the scientific responsibility of the conference organizers/editors. Peer reviewing of the articles is conducted in accordance with the Policy on Publishing Integrity of the MATEC Web of Conferences, in order to safeguard good scientific practice in publishing.

At least one author of each article should attend to the conference. A maximum of two articles per author is accepted.
